Meetinzo Visitor Management System (Web & Mobile)
The mobile app is used by reception/security teams for faster check-in workflows (including optional camera-based photo capture, ID proof capture, and signature capture). The web app is used for administration, reporting, and visitor pre-registration.
Your organization may configure third-party services to send email/WhatsApp notifications and generate QR codes. Only necessary data is sent to perform those actions (for example, phone number for WhatsApp, email address for email delivery, and QR content for QR generation).
Retention periods are governed by your organization’s policy. QR tokens may have an expiry time when QR is enabled. Visit records may be retained for audit and reporting.
We apply standard security controls such as authentication, role-based access, and server-side validation. Users should protect credentials and use authorized devices only.
