1. Overview

Meetinzo is a visitor management system used by organizations to register visitors, manage check-in/check-out, and optionally send notifications and QR codes. By using the web app or mobile app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use the service

Access is intended for authorized users of a company (e.g., admin, receptionist, employee) and visitors where applicable. You must use valid credentials and follow your organization’s policies.

3. Key features and acceptable use

  • Register visitors and capture visit details (name, phone/email, host, purpose, schedule).
  • Check-in / check-out tracking for security and audit.
  • Optional photo capture and ID proof capture (as enabled by your company).
  • Optional visitor signature capture (as enabled by your company).
  • Optional QR code for scheduled / pre-registered visitors (as enabled by your company).
  • Optional notifications via email/WhatsApp (as configured by your company).

You must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use it in violation of law or your company’s rules.

4. Data accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring information entered is accurate. Visitor records may be used for security, compliance, and operational purposes.

5. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. Maintenance windows or outages may occur.

6. Security

Do not share passwords or authentication tokens. Report suspicious activity to your company administrator.

7. Third-party services

Your company may enable third-party services such as email/WhatsApp providers and QR generation services. Their terms may also apply.
